A proud graduate of Chabot College with degrees in Early Childhood Development and Early Childhood Intervention, she has spent countless years making a difference within the Fremont Unified School District. Before the birth of Cathy\u2019s Village, Cathy led a thriving program in Fremont\u2014a beacon of quality early childhood education that laid the foundation for everything she does today. As a loving mother to three biological children and a devoted adoptive parent to four, Cathy brings the richness of family life into every aspect of her work.
